TEAM REQUIREMENTS: 
4 people/team 2 boys and 2 girls

EVENTS:

Max “DEAD”lift: All members will have 3 attempts to perform a max DL. All 4 top scores will be added together with WILKS formula applied to all 4 body weights added together.
Squats to the grave: Total team bodyweight will be added up. Team will spread the weight multiplied by 1.25(subject to change) amongst 4 barbells and assign a person to each barbell. Every member will squat their bar for max reps, total reps for each competitor will be added up for a final score.
Log clean and death: Boys and Girls will separate. Boys will use 12” titan log girls will use 10” rogue log. 1st boy and girl will perform a log clean and press with the empty log, after every successful press weight will be added to the log and they will be given 10 seconds to complete the next rep. Once they give up or cannot complete a weight the next boy and girl will step in and have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Placing will be decided by a set amount of points given to placing for final weights achieved for the first group and total reps achieved by the second group.
Soul Train: Sled will be loaded with a set amount of weight and 3 teammates at the beginning. The heaviest team member will pull the sled backwards until they give up or the sled stops. Once they are done they drop out and go to the side, the next heaviest team member must pull the sled next once they are done the 3rd heaviest pulls, then the lightest pulls the sled until they quit. Score will be determined by total distance.

ENTRY FEE AND REQUIREMENTS:

$100/team prior to 10/17 $150 after 10/17.
If anyone on your team becomes a new member at registration the entry fee is waived.
Proceeds will go towards food, awards, and entertainment for the night.

Halloween costumes are encouraged, teams will be docked 5 points from the final score for any team member who does not wear a costume. 10 points will be awarded to the team with the best costume.
